Xiao Chun Gao (Sunny) Lic AC, MBAcC, BSc, comes from a Nursing and Massage background before studying at The International College of Oriental Medicine, graduating with a BSc. Honours degree in Acupuncture, awarded by Greenwich University. She is also a certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
Sunny incorporates Classical Chinese Medicine (Stems & Branches), Five elements and Applied Channel Theory into her diagnostic treatment plans. Gua Sha, Cupping and Moxibustion can also be incorporated into treatments dependent on the client’s requirement.
Sunny was a registered nurse in China since 1989 and continued studying professional nursing and science courses in Shan Dong Medical University between 1995 and 1997. Acupuncture was one of the modules, and sunny graduated with a first-class degree in nursing.
Sunny had over 15 years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse in China. During this period, she worked in the Thoracic Surgery, Digestive Surgery, and Orthopedic Units. While working in Digestive Surgery unit, Electro-Acupuncture was practiced helping post operation patients to recover from surgery. (stimulating the intestines to start movement).
Sunny came to the UK in 2008. She studied English Language, while she is working in orthopedic and spinal wards as a health care assistant in the NHS. She returned to China and completed a massage course at Bin Zhou Medical University China in 2015. She holds a Massage Certificate, encompassing Tui Na, Remedial Massage & Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques and Foot Massage.
Sunny will continue to work with the NHS. She has good experience in both Western and Chinese medicine and will deliver a high quality of Acupuncture treatment to the patients in need.
Tom Watson

Tom Watson, Lic Ac, MBAcC, BSc, is an experienced acupuncturist and a certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and studied at the International College of Oriental Medicine.
A Chinese Medicine lecturer at City College of Acupuncture and the International College of Oriental Medicine. Tom has cultivated a lifelong interest in East Asian movement and healing arts; teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 18 years.
Tom draws from his knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine as well as my modern clinical experience in the NHS and Age UK. Tom has a track record of success treating pain relief (including back pain), migraines, frozen shoulders, anxiety and stress.
Tom also specialises in supporting patients at various stages in fertility (including IVF), pregnancy and postnatal periods.
Tom has a gentle and nurturing manner that enables him to work in a holistic way that benefits mind, body and spirit in each session, delivering bespoke treatment plans that get the best result for each client.
Tanya Menzies

Tanya Menzies, Lic Ac, MBAcC, BSc, RGN, is a highly trained acupuncturist and a certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and studied at the International College of Oriental Medicine, affiliated with Greenwich University. Practising both classical and contemporary acupuncture, including 5 Elements, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Stems and Branches acupuncture.
Tanya brings more than 25 years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse and continues to work with the NHS and private health sectors. During her extensive nursing experience, she worked in cardiac care, high dependency units caring for seriously ill patients, orthopaedics and pre-operative assessments, during which she gave patients assessments before surgery. Tanya nursed many people with complex physical health problems as well as supporting patients and families with psycho-social support. This wealth of experience gives her a unique insight into Western medical healthcare alongside her Chinese medical training, providing a rounded and holistic approach to treatments.
Learning is Tanya’s lifelong passion and she has undertaken many courses to deepen her understanding of Chinese medicine supported with practical skills including fire-cupping, moxibustion and auricular acupuncture incorporating the NADA protocol. She has also undertaken a course in the treatment of muscular-skeletal acupuncture and the treatment of lower back pain.
Rob Horsfall

Rob Horsfall, Lic Ac, MBAcC, BSc, started studying acupuncture in 2014 with Dr. Edward Neal, MD and continuing his studies at the International College of Oriental Medicine, graduating with a First Class BSc Honours degree in Acupuncture awarded by Greenwich University.
Rob is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and incorporates Classical Chinese Medicine (Stem & Branches), Five Elements and Applied Channel Theory into his diagnosis & treatment plans. Gua Sha, Cupping and Moxibustion can also be incorporated into treatments dependent on the client’s requirements.
Rob holds a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy qualification; which ranges from Remedial massage, Sports massage, Neuromuscular techniques, Soft Tissue Release technique (STR), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Myofascial techniques to Positional Release technique (PRI).

Katie Knight, Lic Ac, MBAcC, BSc is a highly trained acupuncturist and a certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). She studied at the International College of Oriental Medicine, affiliated with Greenwich University. Katie combines Classical Acupuncture (Stems and Branches) with Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM) and Five Elements Acupuncture. She believes that by using this broad range of diagnostic skills she can create the best treatment plan possible for her patients.
Katie has undertaken extensive additional training and learning to enable her to be affiliated to the AFN and treated numerous couples on their fertility journey. She has a keen interest in Women’s health generally and has also just completed additional studies into the Menopause. She has also attended additional training in Muscular Skeletal issues and the use of Moxa. Meanwhile, her interest in studying the Classical texts to enhance her knowledge and understanding is ongoing.
Katie has also worked as a Reflexologist for the past thirteen years and has an established practice in Tunbridge Wells. She predominantly helps women through pregnancy and also has a keen interest in supporting mental health. She believes the combination of Acupuncture and Reflexology work beautifully together.
Lucy Sargent

Lucy Sargent BSc (Hons), Lic. Ac., MBAcC, FEA, a fully qualified and fully insured acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council. She graduated from the International College of Oriental Medicine, where she gained a BSc honours and Professional Licentiate In Acupuncture (Lic.Ac).
Lucy practices TCM, five element and classical stems and branches acupuncture, and facial enhancement acupuncture. She has completed additional training in auricular acupuncture, facial enhancement acupuncture and massage. Auricular acupuncture supports many physical and mental health concerns including the NADA protocol which can assist those who are struggling with addiction and withdrawal symptoms. Facial acupuncture is a cosmetic treatment that focuses on facial rejuvenation. Lucy particularly enjoys using massage and acupuncture for treating muscular skeletal issues. She also has an interest in gynaecological issues which includes fertility and has supported people on their journey to have a family.
