My hay-fever had been getting worse every year to the point where my (very strong) antihistamines were no longer much help. Keen to try anything, I booked in with Tanya, hoping it would help a bit. The results have been absolutely incredible - during the past few days since my treatment I have had no symptoms, despite a very high pollen count and not taking any antihistamine. I still need a further treatment to ensure it lasts, and I'm looking forward to this. The treatment itself was Incredibly relaxing and not painful in any way. I chose Tanya as I felt reassured by her background as a registered nurse, and it really shows. She has a rare blend of professionalism, experience and warmth and put me at ease despite my initial nerves. She was incredibly patient in listening to me, and it's clear to see how much she cares about her work and helping people. So far my treatment has been absolutely staggering, I've been outside enjoying my garden again, haven't felt tired from taking antihistamines and have been free of painful eyes, headaches and inflamed sinuses. I would 100% recommend Tanya, I'm so grateful for her expertise, care and warmth. Thank you!

Had acupuncture, very friendly, explained thoroughly what was happening and going to do, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, I went for my hayfever , I was not pressured into having mor sessions than I needed, and after only 3 sessions midd summer, I’ve not suffered or had to go back, I’m definitely going to go back a few weeks before next summer, I was suffering so badly with hayfever I was shocked how the acupuncture worked and so quickly, thank you so much sunny

Tanya really helped me through an extremely debilitating condition when conventional medics were not interested. She listened carefully to my concerns and always followed up on the impact of her work, noting improvements and helping me to notice too. It was Tanya herself as well as the acupuncture that helped me recover. I would recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment with Sunny but wasn’t sure acupuncture was going to be the way forward.
4 sessions later I’m almost pain free and able to do a lot more walking and exercise. Sunny was very good and would highly recommend her and acupuncture.

MEETING TANYA MENZIES AROUND 6 MONTHS AGO HAS BEEN A GODSEND FOR ME... I RECEIVE ACCUPUNCTURE FOR SEVERAL ISSUES BOTH PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL BUT SHE ALWAYS KNOW WHICH IS PRORITY AT MY SESSIONS...THROUGH HER CONSULTATIONS & TREATMENTS MY SEIZURES HAVE LESSENED... MY CONFIDENCE & TRUST HAS BUILT SO MUCH SO THAT I NOW SOCIALISE MORE & I EVEN NOW WORK IN A VOLUNTARY CAPACITY IN A LOCAL CHARITY SHOP (SOMETHING FAR FROM MY COURAGE A YEAR AGO ) ... MY STRESS IS WAY LESS... ALSO I FOUND AN AMAZING CARING PERSON IN TANYA WHO HELPED ME TRUST AGAIN... I COULD KEEP GOING ON ABOUT MY SESSIONS BUT PROBABLY WOULDN'T STOP...
